Cottages

Air Conditioned Cottages Tariff:

$120 for two people then $15 for each extra person up to a maximum of 6 per night.

​Current tariff as of 30th June 2025 and may change without notice.

Check in time is 2.00pm. Check out time 9.30am

All linen is provided except towels

Payments:

All payments to be made on check-in, via credit card or direct deposit.

All Bookings:

Credit card details, mobile phone number and confirmation no less than 4 weeks prior to booking date.

At booking time $120 per night will be charged.

Total amount non refundable. Unless medical certificate can be provided

Overnight accommodation will be charged at booking and is non refundable.

​*All cottages are Non Smoking.

​*Tariffs are non refundable on a early departure.

*If cottages are left in a poor state one nights accommodation will be charged.

Dogs: dogs are allowed on lead only & are not permitted in bedrooms.  A $10 charge per night per dog .

You agree that any charges for services to you not billed at the time of your departure may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account. You agree that check out time is 9.30am unless we agree on another time and agree that other 

charges may apply. You agree to pay for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the rooms resulting from, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements, missing equipment and physical damage. You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in by you, brought in or into the rooms, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safe keeping.
